Group Leadership

Thabo Simon Ramosa is the founder and leader of Afro Renn Holdings. He qualified as an accountant and auditor and built his early career within the accounting and auditing profession, developing a strong foundation in financial management, governance, and corporate oversight.

In 2015, Mr Ramosa retired from professional practice to pursue entrepreneurship, channelling his financial expertise into building a diversified business group. This led to the establishment of Afro Renn Holdings, a company structured to hold and grow interests across property development, property investment, technology and multimedia, and the petroleum sector.

As Founder and Group Chairman, Mr Ramosa provides strategic direction across the Group's subsidiaries, drawing on his accounting and auditing background to maintain strong financial discipline, sound governance, and prudent investment decision-making throughout Afro Renn Holdings and its operating companies.
