The Group operates across commercial property development, property investment, information and communications technology, multimedia solutions, and petroleum retail and wholesale distribution.
Through its four operating subsidiaries, the Group has built a portfolio that spans the built environment, technology, and energy sectors. This diversified structure allows Afro Renn Holdings to manage risk across industries while creating long-term value for its stakeholders and the communities in which it operates.
The Group was established and is led by Thabo Ramosa, a qualified accountant and auditor who transitioned into entrepreneurship and business ownership after a career in the audit and finance profession.
